Join the Arizona Sonora Western Heritage Foundation, Old Tucson and the Western Music Association AZ Chapter for the Sixth Annual Cowboy Music Festival on Saturday, April 1 and Sunday, April 2, 2017.

This year the festival is dedicated to Robert “Bob” Shelton, Old Tucson’s founder, who died Dec. 15, 2016.

Since 2011 this event has been celebrating the American cowboy with live performances of traditional and original Cowboy music by a who’s who of Western music artists and a special Cowboy Church on Sunday morning.

During the festival, Western Music Association (WMA) luminaries will sing and recite cowboy poetry on three stages throughout the Old West town.

In addition to live musical acts on multiple stages, festival attendees also will enjoy Old Tucson’s trademark stunt shows, living history presentations, historic tours, and rides for the kids. The event is included with Old Tucson general admission of $18.95 for adults (ages 12 and over) and $10.95 for children (ages 4 to 11). Children 3 and under are admitted free. Event hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Old Tucson is Southern Arizona’s premier film location and Hollywood’s most famous Western movie location recognized in over 300 feature films and TV Westerns.
