Iron Door Mine
Many decades ago, gold was discovered here. But year after year the Iron Door Gold Mine continues to cave in. As the years pass, gold-hungry explorers attempt to discover the missing gold. However, many who explore the mine searching for their fortunes never return. If you’re lucky enough to make it out alive then maybe you will discover what is truly hidden in the depths.
Blacksmith
Watch as our talented Blacksmith creates candle stick holders, horseshoes, and other decorative items over a coal fire pit in the style of the 1800s. Items created by our blacksmith will be available for purchase in The Last Outpost.
Silverlake & Toltec Mine
Visit this area to learn the history of mining within the Arizona territory in the 1800s. Need to take a load off? Sit for a spell and watch a few classic movies inside the Silverlake Ramada!

Ready to embrace your inner cowpoke or race jockey with the family? This classic American carousel built in 1907 provides a safe ride for bronco-busters of all ages. Hop on board at the southwest corner of the park.

Take an authentic, horse-pulled wagon ride down Main Street and past High Chaparral to view filming sites of the classic TV series of the same name.

Shelton Hall Museum
Learn about the rich history of Old Tucson Studios and the majestic western films that were created here. View original costumes and several props used in movies filmed on-site at Old Tucson in this museum.
The Last Outpost

Southern Pacific Train Depot
This authentic railroad station was donated by the Southern Pacific Railroad and moved to Old Tucson in 1960.
Sheriff's Office
Get a glimpse of an old-fashioned sheriff’s office and holding cell that some unsavory characters have called home. Make sure to snap a few photos behind bars while you’re inside! Maybe you’ll find a clue as to why the sheriff’s daughter is missing.
Old School House
This rare replica of a one-room schoolhouse from the 1800s allows you to imagine what it was like to be taught early elementary school instruction. Our Old School House preserves the unique history of the evolution of education and represents how children were taught during the time Arizona was still just a territory prior to becoming the 48th state of the union on February 14, 1912.
John Wayne Cabin
Featured in several movies, this cabin is dedicated to John Wayne and is modeled to capture the look, feel, and spirit of an authentic cabin from the Old West.
