NIGHTFALL 2025 DETAILS COMING SOON

We strive to make NIGHTFALL a fun and safe experience for all our guests. To ensure the safety of our guests and staff, the following rules must always be followed when at Old Tucson. Possession of any of the following items, or engaging in any of the following behaviors, can result in immediate removal from the property or prosecution under local law:

· No Bags or Purses (See our Clear Bag Policy)

· No Outside Food or Beverage (Please refer to the Outside Food & Beverage policy)

· Smoking is limited to our designated smoking area. No cannabis devices or product allowed

· No Animals (Including Emotional Support Animals) – Only authorized service animals

· No Weapons (Including Guns, Knives, etc.)

· No Spikes or Chains

· No Abusive Language

· No Gang Colors or symbols

NIGHTFALL uses metal detectors and guests may be subject to a search on entry, or at any time, to determine the possession of prohibited items. Old Tucson will prosecute any person who is under the influence of an illegal substance, fighting, stealing, or behaving in a lewd or lascivious manner to the full extent of the law.

Old Tucson reserves the right to refuse admission and/or service to any guest for any reason.

For the safety of our guests and staff, Old Tucson has instituted a clear bag policy. The policy limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the park. The following is a list of bags that will be accepted for entry:

Bags that are clear plastic or vinyl and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12.”

One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar).

Small clutch bags, approximately 4×6 inches, after being searched.

Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection, including but not limited to oxygen tanks, diabetes kits, allergy pens, etc.

Prohibited bags may not be placed in a clear bag in order to gain entry. Personal items may be enclosed in a small clutch bag, approximately the size of a hand. These small bags will be searched.

It’s important that Old Tucson staff be able to tell employees, actors, and guests apart. For that reason and for the safety of all attendees, NIGHTFALL has a no costume policy for all adult guests. This applies to props, weapons, masks, or any other attire that could portray guests as a scare actor.

Children 12 and under and welcome to wear appropriate Halloween costumes as long as they do not include masks, weapons, or props. Our security team will screen guests upon entry and require any non-approved items or costumes to be returned to your car.
